INGREDIENTS for Wadi
🔸1 Full bunch of Coriander Chopped
🔸1 Cup of Besan Flour
🔸1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
🔸1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
🔸Salt
🔸1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
🔸1/2 tsp Turmeric, Coriander and Garam Masala
🔸Oil
🔸Water
METHOD for Wadi
🔸Add all the above-mentioned ingredients and make a dough out of it.
🔸Take a flat surface plate, apply oil to it and spread the dough evenly, and steam the entire portion.
🔸Once the wadi is cooked in steaming, remove it and cut into shapes
🔸Now take a non-stick pan, heat oil, and shallow fry the steamed Wadi until both sides turn crispy
🔸Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
