Restaurant Style Manchow Soup at Home, Vegetable Manchow Soup:
INGREDIENTS for Fried Noodles 🔸1 Bowl boiled Noodles 🔸3 tbsp. Corn Flour 🔸Oil for frying
INGREDIENTS for Soup
🔸1 tsp Oil
🔸1 tsp Finely Chopped Ginger Garlic
🔸1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
🔸1 Bowl of Finely Chopped Veggies ( Cabbage, Carrot, Beans and Onion)
🔸1 tsp Tomato Sauce, Green chilli sauce, Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Schezwan Sauce
METHOD for Soup
🔸Take a heavy bottom pan, add Oil, saute chopped ginger garlic and green chillies.
🔸Add finely chopped fresh veggies of choice and saute until 60% done
🔸Now add all sauces mentioned above and cook well
🔸Add water as per requirement and let it come to boil, once it starts boiling add corn starch water and mix continuously
🔸Garnish with coriander leaves and fried noodles and serve hot
So now thats what we call a perfect soup.
